Wont let me “Take Action”

I’m a new customer who just put in an order for 2 new phones with a new plan, but they put my order on hold and it says I need to verify my order before May 22nd. I click the “Take Action” button and it says “TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'n.protocol')”
It doesn’t work on the app or the website or anything, please help.
