My phone hasn’t been working unless plugged into a charger for about a month now. I ordered a new one through Verizon. It came within a couple days, I waited around all day to sign for it, open it up and it’s entirely someone else’s order. Meant for someone in Oregon- I’m in Ohio. This was on Wednesday October 1st. When I contacted them the following morning, they told me they can’t do anything until “sometime next week”. It’s now October 15th and I still don’t have my order or even an estimated delivery date. I had to take the time and pay to print a return label (I don’t have a printer) and ship the incorrect order back. When I called customer service they were so incredibly rude, they didn’t apologize or take accountability, they didn’t offer any solutions, and tried to make me look wrong for being upset even in the first place. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have a working phone. I’ve lost all patience. How can you make such a big mistake and then make me, the one being inconvenienced, be the one to resolve it and offer NOTHING to make up for it or even fix the problem considering still no phone!!!
