Hi all,

 

I've reached out to 5 different customer service representatives now. Each time I'm told the same thing. "We have raised a ticket for you and you will receive the email resolution within a week." Each time I receive no response. I always ask if I can have a copy of the ticket or if there's somewhere I can check the update on the status online. Each time they say that it's an internal ticket and there's no actual way to check on the status.

If I do not receive an email to claim the benefits that were advertised to me, I will call my credit card company and have a claim filed against Verizon. You will not be able to charge me and I will be asking for a full refund for all services.
