agent canceled my order

I placed 2 orders on 9/22 - one for iphone 15 Pro and other for 15 pro max. The 15 Pro Max was supposed to ship on 10/13. The 15 Pro order was put on hold and there was no communication on that. I checked a day or two ago and everything appeared to be on track both phones to be shipped around 10/13. However, when I checked the orders page today, the 15 Pro showed as on hold and that I needed to submit info by 9/30 ( gaslighting much!!?) I called 611 and the agent messed up and cancelled my pro max order and now I'm left with no new phone after waiting 3 weeks. I tried calling and chatting and had to share this context 6 times so far and still no resolution. Are you suggesting I go to some other network? Or are you deliberately trying to delay orders by gaslighting customers?
