I am furious with Verizon.  We have been with Verizon 10+ years and have no problem with the service.  We upgraded both our phones earlier in August.  I have been trying to get a copy of the order with IMEI#'s on them ever since.  I am currently on my fourth or fifth chat.  Every rep says they see there is a problem and have made all kinds of promises of emails, etc to provide the document, but so far nothing.  Nor is there any communication that they will not be sending me anything.  I have to start another chat which means basically starting over.

It is infuriating that after a certain amount of time you cannot speak to a person on the phone!  Pretty much ready to cancel my order as I am still within that time frame and find a different company.

BTW, I contacted my local Verizon store when this all started, and they told me I would have to go through the online service.
