My husband and I went to a Verizon store at the end of September to trade our phones in for the new iPhone 15. Originally they told us one would ship at the beginning of October and the other in November. Guess what, it’s now November 16th and 3 phone calls to customer service and multiple chats later Verizon still cannot tell me if or when we will get our devices. Funny thing is they are trying to charge me for the phone I currently have and have already paid off. When speaking to the reps they couldn’t figure out my order number for the phones or tell me if it even looked like we had ordered them. After giving them my order confirmation number from the email they said “this cannot be tracked”. I hear I’m not the only customer this is happening to so I’m seriously thinking about switching carriers since we paid off our current phones to get the new ones that have never arrived.
