phone not delivered

I been waiting for my phone for 2 weeks. Even after I selected 2 day shipping it still has not come. I want to know why it's not coming but no one seems to help me out. If I don't get my phone I would like mymoney back, until you guys fixed the shipping. I paid for it and all and still has not updated whatsoever.

Resolution Update: Support was able to review the order details in Private Message and set expectations with the customer. If others encounter similar problems with their device order, common factors can include system delays, payment issues, device stock, and/or delayed delivery.

I found this number elsewhere in the forums for Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390.

If you did not get a cancellation notice elsewhere, I'm wondering if the phone is on some kind of serious backorder.
