"Engineering Problem" is preventing my new installation

I'm moving into a new community that works exclusively with Verizon so I reached out to order new Fios service. They tell me that an "engineering problem" exists which is preventing them from starting the service. They tell me 2-3 days to resolve this but it's been 7 days and they still don't know anything. How do I escalate this?  I looked at some old posts and I don't see any areas on the "my profile" that matches up with the instructions. Can anyone assist? Thank you.
