"Your order is pending" for many months

I am one of apparently many people stuck with the "your order is pending" issue on my home account even though no order is pending, making it impossible for me to view my current services or make changes to them.
For me it has been going on for at least 3 months and despite raising the problem with at least 6 customer service reps.
I see others that similarly complained but without any specific remedy posted?

If anyone has ever had success resolving this problem please let me know! Not being able to change my plan myself is a major problem. I've raised it at least 6 times with Verizon support and they've never done anything about it.
