Been having a lot of issues with verizon lately over billing and tracking on my wife's trade in phone. Which put me on the edge of leaving Verizon and going somewhere else we'll today they pushed me over the edge. Paid off my phone and decided to upgrade my phone I picked my phone and opted for the ready in hours express pickup at the store in eaton ohio that Verizon said the phone I wanted was in stock at. After 6 hours I call customer service looking for a update and got no answers other than keep waiting 30 minutes after that call I got a call from the store in eaton telling me that they don't have my phone in stock and that they don't know why the site let me order it to begin with. So order is now canceled and waiting on my refund thati already paid for down payment on the new phone that they don't have. I am beyond annoyed will be taking my money and business elsewhere Verizon is a joke and they don't care about customers only then a thanks for being a customer for 13 years but they still screw me every chance they get. Leave Verizon theyhave lost their way go to any other cell company.
