I recently upgraded my CenturyLink router and the Verizon 4G network extender has the old address. It's stuck on :"Connecting to router". How do you get the new IP address into the old extender?

You have to do a factory reset on the Network Extender and make sure you have DHCP enabled on the Century Link. The factory reset will clear out the old settings and allow it to connect to the CenturyLink Gateway IP number and then the Router will assign a new IP number to the Network Extender,

Hello, Btudude. Thanks for reaching out. I'm happy to assist however I can. When you try to connect to the router, do you get any error at all, or does it only show that it is still trying to connect?
