CANCEL ORDER# ***** NO LUCK

I tried to either cancel or correct my order's phone #or a Wireless Home Phone LVP2  equipment to connect to my landline and keep present phone #. It gave me a new number instead. I do not want a new number.

Can someone help me to correct this or cancel order. I prefer keeping order. I tried CHAT and got transferred 3-4 times, still not resolved.

.Thanks

Thanks for sharing those details with me today, SNOOPY0305. I wouldn't want to misplace my number either, and the great news is that you can still port your landline number over. You'll have to wait until you receive the device and activate it, and then you can port the landline number by following the steps under "How do I bring a number from another service provider to replace my Verizon mobile number?" here: https://www.verizon.com/support/local-number-portability-faqs/

We're sorry to read about the issue with your new device order. When did you place it? Has it arrived yet? ~Peter

I just ordered it this around 8:30am EDT, I just want to make sure it obtains my present  landline phone #.

Thanks. This applies from Verizon to Verizon??? I just want to just hook up this device to my landline and keep the same phone #. If I understand you correctly this should do it, right?  I hope so, I do not want to loose my present #.

Thank you. I understand it know. I will be transferring my landline to wireless account via porting system.
