I had ordered a Nintendo DS from verizon online store and had to return it. This was back in Nov 2024.
I shipped the game back using a Verizon prepaid label. I was supposed to get the refund in 4-6 weeks but I still have not received my money back.
I have had multiple calls with Verizon with no success.
Now I am on the verge of filing a complaint with BBB.
