I switched to Verizon from Cox in June. They gave me an offer for a Nintendo switch that I could access or acquire at the end of August. I was unable to redeem this offer myself, so I called customer service to help me make the order. I have emails to confirm that I have redeemed the order and that it was on the way. It has been a month and a half and I have not heard a thing when I go to the email. It gives me no option for tracking. Whatโs going on?

I have email confirmation for 9/2 of the order confirmation made with customer service over the phone. I havenโt received anything since and there is no tracking. Order number: RI12063798369
