Unable to connect to the internet on Verizon Fios Quantum Gateway router

I am having trouble connecting to the internet on my Verizon Fios Quantum Gateway router https://www.verizon.com/support/residential/internet/equipment/routers/fios-quantum-gateway . I have tried restarting the router and modem, but I am still not able to connect. I have also checked the cables to make sure they are securely connected, but there is no change. When I try to connect to the internet, I get an error message that says "Unable to connect to the internet."
Issue:
