Verizon Charging me for Returned Equipment

Verizon is charging me for a router that i returned. I used the label and box they sent and took it to the UPS store. It’s been over 3 months and they claim they still haven't received it and wont give me my money ($200) back! The worst part is I never ordered the home internet in the first place!!! I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 12 years and they're about to lose me over $200!!!

Before anything, thanks for your 20 years of loyalty to the company, Verizon truly appreciate your business. Being on top of your account is importance, especially if you are getting change for a non-returned equipment.
