So I'm totally at a loss right now.
I've had this hotspot for about 6 months now. When I first got it, it took a while to charge up, but has worked fine since.
Now, suddenly, it seems to charge extremely slowly, if at all. It'll go to the red exclamation warning in the battery icon likenit normally does when low battery, charge to where it shows 1/4 of the icon, and seem to just stop there. The same isb-c cable I'm trying to charge it with works fine with my phone, and all other devices.
I've tried cleaning the port, removing and reinserting the battery, even just letting it sit for hours and charge all with no results. Any help or am I just screwed with this thing?

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems with your hotspot charging. Let's figure out what's going on so you can keep using it without any problems. Does the hotspot have any physical damage or does the battery seem like it's swelling or gets hot?

After 6 months mine also wonโt keep a charge at all. Replaced the battery, still wonโt. What the heck?

Happy Monday! Let's get your Verizon Orbic charged to the fullest to ensure you get to enjoy your Mobile Hotspot service.
Let's put on our detective hats and gather more info. When did the issue start? Aside from replacing the battery, what other changes have you made? Aside from the charging, any other problems?
