$200.00 Gift Card from Amazon

I signed up back in November 2023 for a new phone and internet. I was told by the represeentative at the store that I would receive a $200.00 card from Amazon just for signing up and a $50.00 to Target card for the internet. As of today, I still have not received anything. I have contacted the store manager and they were unable to help. They gave me a 800 number to call and so I did - twice. I was assured that I would receive a rebate offer email, but it never came. How can this problem be resolved?

When I signed up, there was no mention from the sales representative that I needed to go through a resemption process. I recently talked with my friend who also signed up at the same time and she never received her redemption until now. She also went on this community board for resolution and someone contacted her immediately. Insead of a gift card, she now has a $200.00 credit with Verizon. So with that being said, I am reaching out to you for resolution.
