I signed up to Verizon switching provider partly because of the $200 bone they throwing at me with the Gift Card promotion. I asked for this to be documented in notes...because each time I talked to an online agent I was given a different answer!! Either you have morons working for you that don't have a clue what is going on or you have a company that likes to commit Fraud. I expect an answer from Verizon soon and would like to have a definite answer soon as I see I wasn't the only one on here. What's is even worse that I had no phone for 2 days because the transferred my number from Xfinity onto my new phone I purchased and then it would not port over leaving me with no cell phone for 2 days and I have important job offers I was waiting on. What a complete Mess this Company is. Buyer And User Beware!!!! I surely won't recommend anyone to switch to Verizon now!
