I never received the 200$ Verizon gift card I was promised after signing up for service. I signed up for Verizon Fios in Feb 2023 and have yet to receive a gift card. I was told it was sent to me and given the number to Black Hawk to have it traced. However Black Hawk says they never received any request for gift card for me. I keep getting the runaround. Any one know what to do?
