$200 carrier switch promotion

I'm beyond aggravated with this situation. Every online rep has a different response. Some say the promotion will be delivered to my email, some say they don't even see the promotion was attached to the account, and another stated she sees it and it'll take 60 days after activation which I still haven't received a promo or anything. When you reach out they all read from different scripts luckily, I've screenshoot several of the conversations where I was told I'm eligible since I brought over two lines and activated a new line with them back in November. I really hate being mislead and feel like this is a constant issue whenever I have to reach out to chat. Had I known all they'd do was give me the run around with the hopes I'd eventually forget about it and let it go is ridiculous and I plan to continue to reach out until they deliver on the promotion that I signed up for.

November of 2023?  I'm wondering if you will need a new promo code, because whatever code you received, if any, is likely expired now.  I had to do some digging around in the forums to find this thread from February 2024, but it's got lots of useful tips for getting that switcher rebate.
