I was asked by sales rep to do online submission and not getting any emails or response to get $200 switcher credit. is this a fraud? Sales team from Verizon told us we get $800 for 4 lines moving from T Mobile but the process we followed does not get us anything.

You may see a notification in your My Verizon App/My Verizon Online to complete the redemption.
