$2000 charge

My daughter who is a college student and doesn’t have a lot of money broke her phone. No problem, she had insurance and got a refurbished replacement. I was with her when we dropped off her broken phone at a UPS drop box. She kept getting emails saying her phone wasn’t returned. She kept calling Verizon to fix the situation. She kept being told it was no problem. She now has a $2000 charge on her bill for the returned phone. She called again and was given an extension while they hunt for her phone. We have zero confidence this will be taken care of. If it is not taken care of by the end of this extension, she will be taking her business elsewhere. Disgusting.

We're sorry to hear that there's been some issues locating the phone. We'd like to take a second look at the situation. I'll send you a Private Note shortly.

Thank you.  I look forward to this being resolved.  It has been a very stressful situation.  Neither my daughter or I have an extra $2000 to pay this bill that we should not owe anyway.

I was emailed asking if this situation had been resolved. No. No, it has not been resolved.
