A promotion was running to receive a $250 Costco Shop Card for signing up through Costco. Purchased in-store on 11/10/2023 and activated the service on 11/10/2023. I was told that I would receive the $250.00 Costco Cash Card but I to date I have not. I was also told there was a 90-day waiting period before I would receive it, because it is now August 2024, I am thinking the 90 days have passed. My question though, is who will be sending out the Costco Shop Card? Do I need to reach out to Verizon or Costco? I have stopped by a Verizon Store in my city, and they have no idea how to help. Any idea how to get something that was promised? I would like to get what I was told I would receive.
