$400 not credited still after 5 months for switching 4 lines from AT&T to Verizon

I have not received $400 credit ($100 per line) for bringing 4 lines to Verizon from AT&T. Not sure what the problem is . I have followed up numerous times on this
verizon, can you please take care of this ASAP. I am tired of calling /chatting with Customer support
