Today Jake at Verizon on US 31 in Greenwood Indiana right by the mall was just so awesome!! I came in with a complex issue and he worked with me until it was fixed. He was so kind and patient. I brought in my two boys with me and he didn’t mind that they were there and charged my sons phone too. He probably spent an hour with me but what’s amazing is he was so through and did EVERYTHING correct. Everything was setup properly when I left! He deserves a raise or a promotion. Thank you SO much Jake for being so patient and kind. ❤️🙌
