My wife and I are in Peru for the next month or so, and I have been attempting to log in to my account only for it to tell me the account is locked and that the password must be updated. When I go to update the password, I get an error window and am unable to get into the account.
I'd like to be able to, you know, pay my bill and handle an issue we are having where her paid off phone is locked, but I guess that's not possible. Can someone contact me PLEASE to get this issue fixed? It is fairly urgent, and it is silly that logins are blocked like they are.
