Is it possible to view the text history on both of my phone accounts? I found the usage but cant seem to get answers on viewing the messages.

If you're an Account Owner, you can view the text logs for all devices on the account. To see the actual messages you'd either need to view them on the phones themselves or in the associated on-line account if you know the log-in credentials (each line has its own on-line account).
