Why is it so difficult to get access????  If I want to look at my bill on a desktop, I have to input my credentials and then verify on my phone.  GREAT, if it were that easy.  You have two minutes to open the Verizon app, input your credentials (again) wait for the code from a text and then re-input your credentials.  WHY?  Why can't we just use biometrics?  Or better yet, if I am on a trusted device, allow me to log in as much as I would like on any of my devices with just my credentials?  while we are at it, Verizon, could you please get with the times and allow spaces in passwords?

This shouldn't be this much of a struggle.  How many other customers have this same situation?  I've been with Verizon for 17 years!  Oh yeah, and because I don't change my plan, it goes up for no apparent reason.

Would love some insight.
