Hello Verizon Community,
After being a happy Verizon customer for about 6 years
I'm facing a serious issue with my Verizon account. Without warning, my service was cut off, leaving me unable to make or receive calls. This is a major problem for me professionally as a CEO, and personally, since all my banking and government communications are linked to this number.
No clear reason has been given for the service disruption, and despite promises, Verizon hasn't returned my calls. As of now, it's been four days without service. Efforts to resolve this have led me to spend about 8 hours in communication with Verizon, but I'm met with different reasons each time โ from technical issues to fraud department investigations, none of which have been followed up as promised. Most confusingly, I was told it might be due to a payment issue, yet I've received no notice or email about this.
The inability to transfer my number to a different provider only adds to my difficulties. I urgently need assistance to understand and resolve this matter.
