I've have been dealing with this for a couple of yrs. Some how I have a business account. I forgot my vm pass one time and it said I needed to contact my administrator. I've have admin charges on my account. I've been back and forth with vzw and phone manufacturer and no seems to want to help me. Also to whatever business has my phones connected some how I have t-mobile esims on both devices. I've tried deleting them but then each time I do anything my own sims gets deactivated. Then vzw gives me new one. Something needs to done. I've been going thru this for at least 4 yrs or more. My main phone number I've had since elementary school, so I know no one has had it. Yet I have to pay my bill every month but have connection issues, sims issues, dropped calls, not receiving all my messages or calls, and just having to wasted my gas going to a store to get new sims. Almost to the point we're I need to get paid. This issue cause me problems with my last job because they couldn't contact me most the time. I need someone who will get this fix and not just tell me they don't know what to do.
