Hi Verizon,

I’m writing here in the off chance this will be seen by the right person as my countless calls get me nowhere and I’m in need of help. 

i work from home and have the top tier of all Verizon products. I have gig home fios and wireless ultimate plan and I pay Verizon over $200 month. I have been given 3 new routers, had a tech out to my house, disconnected, and started a new account, and within days the same things start happening again. I get emails that I need to change me account password for unusual activity and than I lose ability to control my home internet. My job has called me twice and replaced all my equipment over the past couple weeks because of what they called captive portal attacks. Every time I make a purchase online it either gets cancelled or flagged for fraud. Verizon fraud team does not even see my new home account and I have paid countless 1000s of dollars replacing my equipment and hardening my security. Not because I’m paranoid but because this is having a horrible effect on all my devices. 

I have a Verizon one I’d and my wireless service works great. I’m a the obvious account owner. The two accounts are linked through a Verizon one but I’m redirected from page to page and sometimes I will see clearly that fios is a business account. To be clear, I live alone and this is a personal account. 

every time I call in I get transferred all around and I’ve had enough. I am going to disconnect or we cannot resolve this immediately. I just want this nightmare to be over.
