Account access as POA

I am listed as a manager on my father's account.  What do I need to do to actually access his account?

Do you have a log in/password profile for his account?

Yes.  But, only because I have his phone temporarily.

You shouldn't need his phone to log in to your profile on his account.  Your 'manager' access should have its own profile login and you should be able to use it on any device to access the account.

That's exactly what I am trying to do.  How do I access his account with my manager status?  I've received no instructions.  No clarity.  And, no real assistance from Verizon.  I've been at this for two weeks and have talked to dozens of Verizon reps.

I've been informed by agents after hitting dead ends on tech support to call/escalate to Verizon Basking Ridge Operational Headquarters at 908-559-2001.  I haven't called them yet but are ready to on another ongoing unresolved issue I have.
