Account split

Hello I've been on the phone with verizon wireless for over 5 hours, talking to multiple departments and no one is able to help me.  My wife and I have 1  account, with sub accounts.  I was owner for 3 lines and she was owner for 2 lines.  Something changed recently and I can no longer access my account with my phone #.   We've gotten a divorce and we need our accounts to be split and no one is able to help us.  THe verizon rep asked me to post a message on this forum for help from corporate.  A transfer of lines will not work because we have the same account.  It's pretty sad that I have to resort to a We've even asked about cancelling our accounts and were told that we would lose our promos if we did that.    PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!
