How on earth do I get in touch with Verizon store leadership? I have a had an increasingly negative experience with a local store that has flat out lied to me several times and made account changes I did not authorize after leaving the store. I have been trying to get in touch with a manager but they keep hanging up on me and the manager never appears to be working. I have tried to get in touch with upper management and no one has responded. It appears Verizon has no accountability for its employees and they are able to treat people like garbage and change their accounts without authorization and no one seems to care or do anything about it. Maybe I'll have better luck with a competing carrier.....
