Add Line and Cancel Line

Hello,

I have 3 lines as of right now. 

Line A-Payment Device

Line B-Payment Device

Line C-No payment Device

I want to add a line (D) to get a free phone on a promo. When  I add that line can I cancel line C without losing the line D promo.

Yes i am looking at the Iphone se but i only need 3 lines. If i add a line to get the free phone can i cancel my other line that has no device payment or promo attached?

Thanks for that information. The current promotion on the SE isn't a Buy One Get One offer so disconnecting the other line will not affect the promotion.
