Has anybody been able to redeem Amazon Fire TV 65" Omni Series 4K offer for  new Verizon mobile customer who purchased a select 5G smartphone on Unlimited Ultimate or Unlimited Plus.

I bought a phone on December 23 and received it on December 26. I was also told that to get the TV offer, I would forfeit the promotion, which is completely false advertising. I am considering filing a complaint with the FCC for false advertising. I have screenshots and screen recordings of when I placed the order, which clearly state the promotion and its fine print

I am also having this issue.  I went with verizon to get the TV, but if I am not able to I will be closing the account and returning the phone.

Were you able to ever redeem the offer? I’m having issues redeeming it and it seems like customer support cannot give me an exact reason to why I cannot. I just get told to wait and it should appear in a few days, which it never does.

I am having the same problem it's been 30 days now and the tile has disappeared from the app it was there until 3 days before the 24th and it said redeem on the 24th now it's just gone and iv received no emails

Same thing happened to me it was there yesterday on the fifth I was supposed to redeem it today the 6 but it disappeared

Me as well I’m currently on the phone with Verizon loyalty and they are also confused why I had to wait 30 days , they said it should have been right away or right after setting up the Verizon app , and nobody in the store is aware of anything

This issue was never resolved and I’m extremely frustrated by the delay in action. Is there anything that you can still do to remedy this error

I have the same problem. I just signed up with Verizon and received my phone today. I have screen shots of the sales rep promising me the free tv but I’m not sure what to do to get it.
