Can anyone let me know when the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (SM-S908U) will receive the Android OS 14 and One UI 6.0 update? cause on that Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra all it got on it is the One UI 5.1 update and that Android security patch level is way in July 1, 2023 when I even go to Software Update and Install, it does not have any other software updates to install, why some S22 Ultra get updates to the latest One UI 6.0 and some don't as I just got one that do not wanna update past that One UI 5.1, I recently had a different S22 Ultra that had did updated to the latest One UI 6.0 but I did not keep it cause the service would work on it and sometimes not as from time to time it would say Emergency Calls only when I had active service working on it, I am very tired of waiting, it is unbearable to be disappointed every day.
Please don't ignore this reply, I want some good feedback from you or any other Verizon employee in this community who can help me.
I am proud to be a customer of Verizon, which is since November 2023 but the wait for major updates like Android OS 14 can be unbearable for me, and it says your device is up to date, last checked for update at 9:23PM
Android Version 13 Google Play System update: March 1, 2024
When I check for software update, it says Your Samsung SM-S908U is up to date. No update is necessary at this time.
