App got worse!!!

Idk who is in charge of running the app. But whatever happened in the last 6 months has mad an already rough app just useless. It freezes every single time I try and browse through it and look for connected devices and history. And even the few times I’ve made it that far, it would usually be unresponsive. You would think you’d make these features easier to use. But no, the app got “upgraded” and now it’s harder than ever. I would pay another provider for this feature that doesn’t work with Verizon. We need improvements! Not to lose what little we had already.
