Website is down, app is down. Apparently there’s not a single person at Verizon willing to help, and any other way of trying to get help (through the chat with us) has been extremely unhelpful. We will NEVER be going back through Verizon for ANY needs. Cox is currently running a deal for $30 a month, for the exact same thing. Plus you get a discount for the switch! We will definitely be moving.

I was having a problem logging into My Verizon early yesterday morning, but it's fixed now. The Verizon website is also working fine for me as I have it open in another tab on my browser. If you could elaborate more on the problem you're having, there might be someone here who's seen that issue before and could provide some advice.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
