I have had an awful experience with Verizon. I initially placed an order for phone service and changed my mind. I called to cancel the order and was told it was canceled. Guess what? It was not! So, I reordered more phones thinking that my first order was canceled. If was so fed up with Tmobile, I would cancel verizon on the spot!!! Customer service was just awful! Why would you tell a customer there oder was canceled when it was not! I wish I knew his name. I would surely report him!
