Bad Customer Service

It's going on one week now I've tried to call Verizon Wireless Business line for help switching over my consumer account. (Which I've have had for over 10+years) The phone has been disconnected/Hung-up in my face twice and I was told I would receive a call back, which did not happen. I just called again today hoping for some help figuring out pricing so I can move forward with my plan and boom I have nothing again but another dead-end. I would describe Verizon's Business customer service in comparison to a low-end fast-food restaurant! I'm ordering a burger at the window, and I have to repeat my order 3-times and hope the order will be correct as I reach the window only to have wasted my time and money for absolutely nothing in return. This is ridiculous.
