I've had Verizon for over 20 years. I had to go to another carrier and get another number to give to my client that cannot reach me through Verizon cell phone service. Their calls get dumped into voicemail and no notification is sent to me of this call but yet spam calls and junk calls get sent through. So for the last 4 days Verizon is not been able to correct this and make this right with me.
