I have call in to customer service for the past year about my service. Every time I was told they would send it up the ladder and they would work on it guess what it’s 11/25/2024 and I’m having the same problem but there no problem with my money paying them every month. It’s to the point I went into one of the stores and was told by one of the managers yes one of the managers that work for Verizon, that they do not care if there is not a lot of people calling in that nothing will be done . I make no sense I have talked to over 100 people that have Verizon and they say the same thing , the bill is to high and the service is bad I need for the company to do Better !!!!
