Hello, I’m having so many issues with Verizon billing. Every month my bill goes up. I’ve called customer support multiple times, yet nothing gets resolved. I asked to speak with a supervisor and even then still nothing gets resolved. I would love to speak with someone that I understand and can actually help. Does such a thing exist?
