I recently signed up for Verizon and transferred two lines from T-Mobile. I purchased through the "Break Your Contract" promotion, and I’ve attached the details for your reference. During checkout, there was supposed to be an option to upload my bill, but I did not see that. Could you please assist me in submitting the necessary documentation to receive this promotion?

Resolution update: By partnering with support, the issue of submitting the pay off your phone promotion was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with the pay off your phone promotion common factors can include not submitting the old carries bill at the time of purchase, not having the devie payment balance or payment shceduled visible and last but not limited to, not submitting the bill within 30 days of the new phone purchase with Verizon
