I have service with Verizon Fios and to take advantage of discounts if I bundle with wireless I decided to get rid of my old phone company and move to Verizon wireless. The ordeal started when I wanted to pay one of my phone bills with my bank account to get the $10.00 dollars discount for auto pay. Unfortunately, due to an error processing my payment the bill was paid a few days later, but still within the time frame of payment overdue. Due to this issue Verizon put a restriction in my account for six months so Iโm unable to take advantage of any offers they have for Christmas season. I wanted to get a bundle that included an Apple Watch series 10 + the iPhone 16 and a tablet and I was going to trade in my phone 14 pro. Non of that was possible because of the restriction and also a stop to pay my bill with checking account. After numerous phone calls a was extremely frustrated because every time I called a representative have a different story, not including the lies from the fraud department who took pictures of my government ID and a scanning of my face to verify my identity which was not necessary because the issue I had with my account was not related with fraud. In the end I disconnected my service with wireless and I moved to a different company that can offer the respect customers deserve. PS: all payments were made on time in my account and I left a positive balance before disconnecting the service. I tried to contact a manager but I was told by one of the Mexicans customer rep the manager was not available at the moment which to me was another lie.
