CNAM Database out of date

I have read several posts on the CNAM database that Verizon uses is out of date. Has anyone found a solution or number to call to get it refreshed? Does anyone know the frequency in which Verizon updates the CNAM database that they are using?
Like many other posts it is negatively impacting our business as Verizon customers are receiving the wrong caller id information that was updated months ago. Please advise the best way to get this corrected or an acceptable workaround.
