ordered a phone April 28th, paid 2 day shipping, Did not get that. Asked what was up, was told was delayed.
So i then asked if i could get refunded on the 2 day shipping since no one said nothing about the delay.
they tried to cancel the order.
I said NO dont do that, i need the phone, but will not pay the 2 day since it was not here and no one communicated being delayed until i inquirred about it.
here we are June 12th, and my sons phone he has, died, its old. it just stopped working, and still no phone in sight.
Contact customer service - here it shows they cancelled the order on June 4th, when NO ONE talked to them June 4th. Let alone cancelled the order.
then they tell me they can't upgrade it, it is showing error. I need to add a new line added. So whatever fine proceed. - $500 later TODAY, no way! Mind you i already paid the fees to upgrade!
Then go to upgrade his phone restart the order, and cant do so.
They screwed up. Been with them 10+ years and the last 5 have been a JOKE. Absolute JOKE Ill be transferring my service elsewhere.
Thanks for nothing Verizon.
