I need the last 18 months of call records for 2 of my phone numbers.

The best way to download your call records, is to download your previous bills which contain call records. You can do that with these instructions: https://www.verizon.com/support/view-usage-on-your-bill/

Look under the section called 'How do I view and/or download my mobile usage details using the My Verizon website?'
